Nymphaea Water Lily Mahasombut
This beautiful hybrid was the 2018 best water lily of the year for its unique color and shape. The Mahasombut gets large and requires a large growing space with a growth spread of 5-feet. This water lily produces large blooms, with narrow petals, that are deep red in the center and gradually become white along the edges. The spectacular blooms are contrasted against dark green leaves and is a prolific bloomer.

planting tips :
Plant the small sections into aquatic baskets filled with aquatic compost. Position the growing point at the surface and spread out the fibrous roots. Cover the surface with washed pea shingle, to hold the compost in place. Place the baskets in shallow water initially, until the new plants are producing fresh leaves.
