Cupid Mini Bell Pepper
Early, sweet, mini bell.
Fruits are blocky to slightly pointed, snack size, avg. 2" X 1 3/4", and are particularly sweet when red. Large, well-branched plants protect the fruits from sun scald.
When used fresh, the peppers can be chopped for salsas, sliced for vegetable trays, dipped in hummus, or tossed into salads. Cupid bell peppers can also be stuffed with meats, vegetables, or breadcrumbs and topped with parmesan cheese and baked, or they can be skewered on kabobs and grilled.
full sun
Try planting pepper plants near tomatoes, parsley, basil, and carrots in your home vegetable garden. Don't plant them near fennel or kohlrabi. Peppers are very colorful when in full fruit and combine well with green herbs, okra, beans and cucumber fences in the garden bed.
